My kids can't get the secondary profile headset to work. They both are signed in on XBOX LiveGold accounts (family). The secondary profile can talk but cannot hear. We have swapped headsets and controllers and always the same result. The primary account can hear through the headset but the secondary account can talk but hears nothing. They trade headset and controller, same results.
I know it's possible cause their cousins are doing it on the other side of the country. I not much into gaming so I could use a little help if possible. Thanks...LL Update: I guess the secondary account can't be heard by players on the other end either. I was confused because when you talk the little mike on the screen flickers but I've now realized the plays on the other end cannot hear you. |

Check the communication settings in the account profile for the second account. |
