ooooo. I found the credit card info on the site. So, I can correct the card info. Actually, I think I'll remove the cards, cancel the pending subscription, and then try my pre-paid card again...Perhaps that will get me in. Really itching for some CoD4 tonite.... |

I had the same issue due to my previous cc being stolen. The re-up email got filtered and my account locked. I called and spoke to numerous people and in the end they said I had to create a new account as the old one was to be deleted. I can still bring up the stats and log in online, it's not deleted just in the netherworld apparently. Foooookin Xbox people suck.. |

I dunno if it hadn't be activated yet after buying it, or if it was cause my account was suspended. In order to cancel the account that was pending payment, you have to contact Customer Support. So, in the end, I wound up putting in a different credit card, and paying for it that way. Now, I have a year of Live on this pre-paid card. I hope it stays good for a year, and I'll use it next time, I guess. |
