My son's xbox 360 took a shit and cartridge won't open. Bangin the shit out of it didn't help, any suggestions?

Thanks That happened to me on my first xbox 360, a launch console that I had up until last year. Best advice is to go to Llama Adventures in Xbox 360 for information on the 360 and how to fix pretty much everything involving several systems. What I did was to continue to press the open button on the console and wiggle the drive tray around in various positions until it opened. Next to that, I would disassemble the whole console, see above link for directions, and physically pull the drive tray out and clean the drive as well as possible before reassembling the console. PM me if you have questions, I do this all the time. ETA: spelling
