Everyone knows by now the yahoo in Cookeville who shot the poor dog in a traffic stop. Yesterday I posted about a female State Trooper who carried a gun with her & in each of her kids' backpacks after she called & threatened some court clerk. This was in Nashville. Now, in Murfreesboro a Lt. on their force was driving a school bus part-time pulls up in front of a group of ne'er do wells & orders them to get on the bus or "go to jail for life". Obviously they refuse & the Lt. calls for back-up. Help arrives & the Lt. helps one or two on the bus with his baton. All are taken to the station & booked. The Lt. goes to his roll call the next morning & creates a "disturbance". The police aren't saying what sort of "disturbance". He's now suspended pending a hearing of some sort. All those who were arrested had their bail money refunded by the city. All those arrested were black as was the Lt. Is there something going on in Middle TN with the water the cops are drinking here? |
