I was just awarded amazing papers last month. Effective Aug 18, 2014.
I didn't need a lawyer or anything. But I got lucky on that front. (If you can call not getting custody of my children lucky) Lawyer up, transfer all your important possessions to a good friend for $1. A GOOD friend. Expect to lose some stuff. |
