Does anyone have one? I am looking for a safe, and the guy that delivers them doesnt think I can get a 1 piece down my stairs. He is going to come and make sure, but I am exploring all my options. I understand the fire rating is not that good, but I am more interested in how secure they are. Thanks in advance for any info. |
Sir, I have a ZA-II. I was able to move it piece by piece into an upstairs room, and assemble all but the door by myself. My neighbor helped me put to door on. I'm quite pleased with it, like you I am more concerned about keeping all but the most determined safecrackers out of it. I've read that the likely duration of a fire on an outside wall of a frame house is well under the rated duration of the Zanotti safes so I was never greatly concerned with the fire rating. I'm happy to have the peace of mind that comes with the knowledge that my son's friends won't inadvertantly discover any of my guns. HTH, 7zero1. |
