Now heres what ive been contemplating, do zombies get full..? Or is the only neurological synapse left is the thought and sensation of being hungry? is it possible that a Zombie could be full?

Why do you ask? Are you planning on sacrificing the fat guy to them to buy yourself a little extra time?  In all the training books I've read and training films I've viewed, I have never seen an account where a zombie passes up fresh meat because it just ate. In fact there are multiple accounts of zombies consuming people and continuing their blood lust persuit of the living without taking time to digest.

Some here have suggested that the 'drive' will make them eat so much their stomachs would burst and fresh kill
would just spew out. Others would say the would just 'shit and run'.   I think it may be a case of a 'need', like the need to
spread the disease, or an anger so intense.....
You get the picture.

Thats kinda what i figured, I was watching Z land and was thinking about it. The scene where they are in the supermarket all the Z's in there look as if their stomachs are distended from all the eating.

I think that scene in Zland fell under more rule 1:Cardio, and the victims were all fat asses

I thought those were just fat americans  I might have to rewatch that part

They don't digest anything cause they're dead. That's part of the reason bites are so bad, rotting flesh burps. Eew
They might get bored of eating (who knows how much of their mind works), but they certainly wouldn't feel full, they don't feel much of anything
