A "real" CETME- no CA monkey model here.
Purchased from an estate for a little over $2k. Was in the back of a gun safe- owned by the original owner since 1969 and never fired (not even a hint of brass touching the weapon anywhere). Came with 4 original CETME mags 2 of which are still in the orginal oiled paper- again not even a hint the mags were ever loaded. The wood is beautiful- over the years it mellowed into a deep red-brown that the pics do not do justice too. ALmost 30 years in a humidity controlled gun safe with not a hint of rust- the finish is also pristine. The rifle:

It's been a dream to shoot so far. |

Taken a couple of years ago. No scope in the mount for reasons I have forgotten. Not a safe queen, not by a long shot. |
