I need a player/ converter to get the videos from my Evo to play on my computer. Google keeps giving me crap for results.  I installed a few programs but they sucked.

Any recommendations?

IIRC, Realplayer was the only one that would play them with audio and I don't think I ever found a converter. Though, you can upload to YouTube, then download with Realplayer as a .flv file and then easily convert with any run if the mill converter.

VLC plays them fine, for me. It has conversion built in.

FreeMake will convert it to a wmv. I was using that with my old computer but now I don't need it, my new computer with win 7 will play the 3gp files. Pay attention if you install it, it asks to install some tool bar along with it and I forgot to uncheck the box when I did the installation. Had to uninstall the tool bar and run spyware programs to get rid of it.

Spyware and junk tool bars were a problem with all  the others I tried.  I'll give these a shot.
