I thought about buying one of these (458 socom) and wanting to order ammo with it
I see the prices are 99.00 for 20 rounds.
Is this the going rate for this and is this the reason no one wants to buy one.
How the hell can you shoot the damn thing for that?

There's no way buy all you'd want.  Handloading is the only way.

Of course, the good news is that you can carry a whole year's worth of ammo for it in your shirt pocket.

You can find it cheaper than that. Once RRA comes out with it the price for ammo will go down.

If they come out!!

I finally canceled my RRA .458 socom AR15 .........they kept bumping up the eta and I got tired of waiting for months and months and months.

I do love my RRA entry tactical tho

That doesn't sound right.
Last I heard, Corbon was getting around $30 a box.
Are you sure it was .458 SOCOM, and not .458 Lott, or .458 Win Mag?

Maybe it was a 5 round box of Kynoch .450 #2 Nitro Express.
