Wouldn't this be considered a suppressor even though there arn't any baffles.

It is sold seperately for $66.95/ barrel and $34.95/fake suppressor.

I didn't know that in component form, a suppressor isn't regulated.

It's not a silencer kit it's a solid rod of material with a hole drilled through it.
