Not to burst a bubble but, isn't Florida on three sides? Perdido River on the West, Gulf of Mexico on the South and, Atlantic Ocean on the East? Or, Hawaii on North, South, East and, West by the Pacific?

Texas has a river along its north border, its east border and its west border.
Not to mention a bunch of rivers down its middle and 350 miles of saltwater coastline.
