| these games are going to be long as crap today...the wild card teams are allowed to shuffle their postseason rosters for the game, so they all have packed bullpens and will play matchups. I expect Joe Saunders to pitch maybe two innings, and then use about seven-eight relievers the rest of the way. |

The Brave's have a way of winning at last at bat, never seen a team that was so dangerous over a long period of time, when their backs were up against a wall. Funny thing about the our teams last inning wins, they have come from just about everywhere on the starting roster. |

Today's Cards game and the American League wild-card counterpart that follows, as well as the majority of the ensuing division series contests in both leagues, will be on TBS — a widely carried cable network. But two divisional round games will be on the lesser-circulated MLB Network.

I have some Cardinal fans as friends. I hate to say it, Go Cards. Plus they have some of the hottest women fans. If the Cubs and Cards were fighting it out , I'd say the exact opposite. I love baseball.
