It never got to the house. That was the plan. It failed. Theyre fucked. The voting record is now out there for the senate. The mag ban and awb is dead for the session now. The ubc will be rewritten and resubmitted. They cant go balls to the wall on the pubs for midterms without proving they didnt want the ubc. He doesnt get back the house he cant continue his plans

They had the chance to vote on the UBC bill with simple majority rules (only 50 votes needed) but the democrats rejected that option as it would have allowed debate on the bill and the bill would have faced greater scrutiny.
