Apparently, PayPal had an emergency drill, but never alerted the hospitals. Sorry about that.

Multiple Fire and Police Units on Scene. At least 2 victims taken to hospital at this time. Fire Department was just advised to not make entry due to possible bomb in building.
ETA: Got this on another forum from someone listening to a scanner. Everybody seems to be catching on that this is a drill now. |
