| boil with beer, onio, carot, celery, cracked black pepper, garlic for 3 hours, peel skin off, slice skin, marinate with oil, hearbs, garlic, kosher salt, pepper... fry in some butter, eat on some nice fresh baked bread with your fav cheese and some horseraddish sauce, yum!!! |
I boiled one once last summer. My neighbor was gonna throw it away. It stunk up the kitchen somethin' fierce. ![]() Plus, peeling the skin off was obviously gonna be disghusting. This is coming from a guy who tastes things inside a grouses crop to see what they've been eating lately. did you know they like acorns? |
