So I started a cut in july around 223 now im 193, and I seem to be hitting a bit of a snag.

im at 1800 calories a day a min of 160g protein  and try to stay around 100g of carbs

I ve been running 15-18 miles a week and lifting heavy 4 days a week.

mon long run
tuesday chest tri, also hiit
wendesday ab and hiit
thursday shoulders, traps long run
friday back and bi
saturday legs.

I dont have an exact mesurment of my bf Im thinking between 20-23% I'd like to hit at least 15% before I start a quick 2 month bulk and then try to cut back to close to 10% for summer. should i keep with the current set up or maybe cut calories lower? A firend of mine sugested carb cycling.

carb cycling is great for weight shifting... and losing loads of weight ;)

as is Carb back-loading, though CBL is more effective for <20%BF people...

for carb cycling do I keep my calories the same on those days? I dont see how I would hit my protein goals as well as have high enough carbs

Drop 300 more calories daily from your intake for the next three weeks. Supplement with protein powder to keep at 1 gram per pound of lean body weight. Re evaluate in three weeks.
