can i record songs on a dvd disc and play them in my cd player?

i know how to do cd's, but one dvd with 4.somrthing gigs of music would be cool

No but you can play both your music CDs and your music DVDs on your DVD player.

and you can make video on your music CDs with your CD burner that will play in your DVD player
