turn cash for clunkers around........

I was thinking about building a website for people who are interested in trading in their cars for this program so that others with cars that are less reliable could trade for the ones that are in better condition.

The people with the better vehicles still get the clunker program cash from the deal and the others get better more reliable cars.

what say you?

If you took 5 minutes to research how the program works, you would know why your idea wouldn't work.

I say epic fail.

The car has to have been owned, registered and insured by the person trading it in, for the last twelve months.

This plus it's only till november or the money runs out.

The dealer I work for says for the money allotted thats 12 cars per dealer in the country.

We have now done 22 and they are worried about even getting paid on the ones we have done.

This may be over faster than most think.

So what happens if you don't get paid?  Go back to the owner who turned in their car?
