5 days ago--- I downloaded the "latest" security update, prompted by the reminder window that popped up in the middle of something else I was typing; next thing you know, I'm in ultra SLOW mode, amongst other problems. Gateway got me back in time and on track, so here I am. The tech told me he's had 5-6 calls in the last week re "Critical Updates". I suggest doing ONLY the update, and keep track of the time and #'s of the info you're downloading. I missed being able to check in. Watch out for Microsoft updates! |
