trying to use yahoo music and it says, "we're sorry, the player encountered an error streaming your music.  Error code 14 - c00d10b3"

can anybody decipher what the fuck this is telling me?

BTW, i'm trying to listen to music because today is the day i was liberated from dialup!!!!!!!!!!!

That's your problem right there. Windows Media. Download WinAmp. It's really easy to
use and has some great net radio stations on it as well as other goodies. I use the free
version and it works fine.

As far as connections, go into your Connections page and make sure you're
hooked up to DSL or whatever new system you just got. You may have to
make a new Connection via the New Connection Wizard to make sure you're
not still going with dial-up. You can always ck on your Connections page
via properties and adjust to what you need. The page is under Network
Connections if using XP.

And there might be  a deal you have to pay a lil fee to Yahoo for their
music. I'm not sure on that. My sis tried to get her Yahoo mail to go
to Outlook Express and I believe Yahoo told her in order to do that
a small fee would have to be forthcoming..Not real sure on that, but
WinAmp features Shout Radio and it has some geart stations.

make sure you have your windows updates installed.   make sure you are runing version 10 of windows media player.  make sure you have (from windowsupdate)  .net framework installed
