AR15.COM

this is the only way i can get to arfcom from 'work'. ar15.com just refuses to load, no websense notice or anything, but thats ok.

my suggestion is this: remove the 'flavor text' from the middle of the threads. i'll be reading a thread (without pics, btw. they all seem broken) when all of a sudden i find myself reading about how "a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page " really? i hadnt noticed.

not sure exactly why the site does it like that, but i think it'd be an improvement if it went away.

The whole point of the covert sites is to ensure not only access for those at work, but a layout and presentation that's easily confused with a non-firearm or discussion site. Thus that extra fluff.

so is that also the logic behind the fact that none of the pics work? i understand it'd be a bad idea to have range pics pop up when youre tryng to be sneaky behind the lib-lines, but would it be possible to display them as a link of some kind rather than just a broken image icon (IE 8), so that we can have the option to view?
