If Trump creates a 35% tariff of goods imported across border, This in effect would create a tax paid for by Mexican commerce that could be used long term to pay for a wall ?

All the while giving an incentive to american companies to keep americans employed? Seems logical to me.

How about we just not give them foreign aid, and build a wall with the taxpayer blood money we didn't just hand off to dictators and scoundrels?

If we just tax the money being shipped back to Mexico, that will pay for the wall.

Heck, we wouldn't need a wall if the 14th Amendment were repaired so that Liberals could understand it.
