blah I should have used rape for a more enteraining thread. that's what I get for not sleeping in almost 24 hours |
Car keys. As in, insert them in the ignition and drive somewhere to cool down. Seriously, why would you kill anyone? |
Wrong. The husband was exonerated right of the bat. The wife was convicted. |
This. Only after I take pictures. File for divorce and leave her. Seriously it is not worth the pains of going through court for murder or manslaughter. Max |

You automatically want to blame the guy? She had somethng to do with it too. I would shoot them both, with a camera. Evidnece in court is golden. In the long run you are more ahead, when you can get that divorce without losing all your stuff in the process. What did the Jedi teach? Don't let your emotions cloud your judgement. |
That. |

Oh, found the article: Woman Convicted Of Manslaughter After Husband Shot Her Lover ShareThis May 3, 2008 2:25 p.m. EST Amy Beeman - AHN Fort Worth, TX (AHN) -- A woman is awaiting sentencing after being convicted on Friday of manslaughter as a result of her affair with a 32-year-old man. Tracy Robertson, 37, was having sex with her lover, Devin LaSalle in a truck parked outside of her home one December night in 2006 when her husband came home. Robertson cried rape to cover up the affair, and her husband, Darrell, fatally shot LaSalle as he drove away. The local CBS affiliate reported that Robertson was afraid her husband would kill her, so she lied about being raped and only confessed it was consensual after LaSalle was killed. Darrell Robertson was never indicted for the crime He was found to be within the law for protecting his family from aggravated assault, since his wife said she had been raped. According to the website homesweethome.com, the affair had been ongoing, and Darrell who was out playing poker had called his wife 19 times within 40 minutes before their seven-year-old daughter picked up the phone and said she could not find her mother, although she did hear a knock at the door a while before. Darrell came home and saw the unfamiliar truck in front of his house. He saw the couple inside, pulled out his gun, and told his wife to get out of the truck. Darrell shot four bullets at the truck as LaSalle tried to get away, but he was struck in the head. Authorities traced a text message from Robertson that clearly invited LaSalle over that evening. According to the homesweethome article, it said, "Hi friend, come see me please! I need to feel your warm embrace!" The Robertsons have three children. This is Tracy Robertson's first offense. She faces up to twenty years in prison. Copyright © 2003 - 2008 AHN - All rights reserved. |

A dude I know was banging away on a married woman and her husband showed up at the bedroom door holding a hatchet. Dude is sweating like he's getting ready to die. He's thinking about his next move. Then the husband tells dude he has one minute to leave. Dude says "ok." |

Sounds like the guy just outed a big problem. Agree with the other posters that say you should shake his hand. I'd use my restraint - and go somewhere else for a while. Shooting them over such a thing can't be condoned. There will be other women and any "vengeance" that I might want to put down on her will be handed out to her, by herself, many times over in the future. |
If it was in my home, I'd think my wife was being raped. |
