I'm on my second e-cig...
I bought a Gamucci V2 kit for $60 a few years ago and loved it but never got juice for it and one battery died, I replaced that and then the atomizer broke. after this I tossed it in the closet. last week I got an Njoy kit from wallyworld for $18 bucks and I've been using and loving it. now I'm shopping for juice and looking into other ecig technology. if I want something that doesn't require me to refill cartridges that were never intended to be refilled what cig do I want? I want a cig that's meant to be refilled with juice. also, can anyone recommend some juice? would I regret ordering the 36 mg stuff? I find myself puffing on this thing constantly and wonder if the strongest stuff might keep be from doing it as often. |

Independent studies have shown that e-cigs do a terrible job of actually vaporizing nicotine and making it available to your bloodstream. That's probably why you never feel "satisfied" with them.

I started with the "Smoke Free" brand kit 3 weeks ago. Got it with the cartomizers since I was told you more for the money with them. I then stumbled on a method to refill them and it works fine so far.
This video shows pushing the atomizer down in the liquid with opposite end from what I'm doing. The first vid I found was pushing the end you puff on down into the fluid so I'm sticking with that since it works so far. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWaIfRbI6qQ |

It is no doubt a flawed study since after 3 weeks on an e cig I have only had 3 or 4 urges lasting only seconds to pick up a cigarette. I've been using a high nicotine content liquid. |

I can send you some trial size vials of various strengths for refillable e-cigs. Mine went tits up when I let a friend borrow it, it never helped the wife, and I just quit cold turkey with tic tacs and "Harden the Fuck Up" taped to the bathroom mirror. Well, that and a few other tricks, but this isn't a thread about quitting, it about vaporizers. So yeah, hit me up if you want them. |

I wouldn't read your articles either. They're outdated and new studies contradict them. http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/electronic-cigarettes-deliver-as-much-nicotine-as-tobacco-cigarettes-132999038.html |

People like the Boge 2ohm, but I prefer the SmokTech 1.7ohm cartos. Ideal setup is the RoughStack Maxi 18650 mod with the SmokTechs. However, if you want days without filling, go with tanks. Ideal setup is a Bolt 18650 mod with a 5ml tank on it. MadVapes sells all the above. Good quality shit. They also have cheap USA made juice. 18650 batteries last me over a day per charge. I rotate two batteries. If you want something really tasty, try Elite Vaporworks. Their Strawnana is an awesome juice! |

I tried to like tank mods, but after throwing $50 down that road and getting terrible results, I've moved on to stardust clearos. They've got 99 problems, but they can all be solved. If you're willing to rebuild them when they start failing, and ambroid up some cracks they get, they'll treat you nicely. |

Do you know what nicotine overdose feels like? I do. Cigars that typically turn people green, I smoke one after another. Anyone claiming e-cigs don't effectively deliver nicotine have no fucking clue what they're on about. |

I just know my old Gamucci cig used a reusable atomizer with cartridges full of a cotton like substance that slipped over the atomizer which threaded to the battery. my new Njoy one uses cartridges filled with the cotton like substance that have a atomizer built in that thread into the battery. (and they last much longer) |

I believe they're made by SmokTech. At $10.99 each, they're worth trying. Clearos have more issues than I'm willing to dick with. I like to fill it and forget it. |

I get a nicotine buzz sometimes when smoking full flavors (not a nice feeling like when I first started smoking, just makes me feel like shit and dizzy) is that a nicotine OD? I switched to ultra lights only but now I'm trying to transition to E-cigs |

I know a lot of people use them to great success. Mine was actually great when I got it. then the cart started leaking and I bought some expensive replacements like an idiot and all of them refused to wick. I didn't feel like throwing away anymore money on trial and error. The stardust is probably the best clearo out right now. I've never had any leaking problems. Every once in a while juice will get into the tip, but all you have to do is take it off and blow it out. The cracking is the biggest issue, and one that almost killed it for me, until someone on the ECF told me he ambroided his cracked ones and not only did that fix the cracks, but new cracks never developed. |

I switched to ultra lights only but now I'm trying to transition to E-cigs I think buzz from cigs is mainly due to other chemicals, not nicotine. I don't feel that sort of buzz from any other form of tobacco. A nicotine buzz causes increased heart rate, sweating, nausea, headache, etc. It's easy to overdo it on stronger e-cig liquids, you need to take it easy. |

That feeling when you smoke a full bodied american spirit on an empty stomach after previously smoking lights was not a nice buzz. |

Quoted: Mine was actually great when I got it. then the cart started leaking and I bought some expensive replacements like an idiot and all of them refused to wick. Weird. I've gone through half a dozen replacements in my tank and they've all wicked fine. Nothing special or expensive, just single coil SmokTech 1.7ohm cartos with the flange at the base. Crystal Clear Vaping and MadVapes both sell them for cheap. |

I have been using e-cigs for a while and they certainly work. Its important to stay stocked up on atomizers and juice. Lots of good info at this site.
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/ I buy from here usually.http://www.madvapes.com/ and from here.http://www.discountvapers.com/ |

RoughStacks aren't good for tanks, but are a bit smaller. MadVapes sells all the above. Good quality shit. They also have cheap USA made juice. http://www.madvapes.com/TopVapor-USA-E-Liquid_c_212.html This stuff is even cheaper, it's Chinese, but I like it... http://www.madvapes.com/Energy-Cow-24mg-50ml_p_2658.html 18650 batteries last me over a day per charge. I rotate two batteries. If you want something really tasty, try Elite Vaporworks. Their Strawnana is an awesome juice! http://elitevaporworks.com/liquid/strawnana.html You'll be needing 18650 batteries and a charger for those mods: http://www.batteryjunction.com/combo-tl100.html MadVapes sells em too, but I think BJ has coupon codes for Arfcommers, Candlepower forums, or maybe check RetailMeNot I use that setup, from them, and I'm happy with it. This is the Tank for the Bolt: http://www.madvapes.com/Dual-Coil-510-Tank-Cartomizer_p_3324.html They have a 3.5ml too http://www.madvapes.com/Dual-Coil-510-Tank-Cartomizer-35ml_p_3368.html They go on sale occasionally, get on the mailing list. I prefer the black delrin to the "aluminum". Mainly because the aluminum tanks are hard to open, delrin is grippier. Replacement cartos... These are for tanks, they have a flange: http://www.madvapes.com/Tank-Replacement-Single-Coil-Cartomizers-17-ohms_p_3543.html These are stand alone cartos: http://www.madvapes.com/Smok-Tech-Stainless-17-ohm-510-Mega-Cartomizer_p_3489.html I use both tanks and stand alone cartos. So to summarize: Mod, battery and charger, cartos/tank, juice, and then all you need is a drip tip... http://www.madvapes.com/Dripper-Tips_c_204.html It's that easy... and pretty much you can go two days without any hassle. you are not speaking english. when I look at this e cig stuff I don't know what goes with what. Hopefully that helps. I've been playing with e-cigs for probably 3yrs now and this is the best way I've found. Also don't forget about http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/ From info to news to coupons and deals, that's the arfcom of the e-cig world. |

For liquid try these: juicyvapor.com rawrvapor.com pinkspotvapors.com For a device, I'd highly recommend and eGo. I haven't had a cigarette, since 03-21-2012 @ 12:15am, nor had an urge for one. I factored my cost from $5 to $0.7 a day, after my initial $79 for the kit. Edit: Buy once, cry once, don't let the price of the kit scare you. |
