Just flex your chest muscles, it'll block most small arms fire.  That's what I plan on doing.  For me I bet it would work up until the thrird pump on a pellet gun.

Because your State legislature voted on it and was signed by your Governer, thats why.
Now, the real question here is, are you going to lobby to change that law, or are you going
to accept it as "thats just the way it is"?
Or you can move to a state that doesn't have that nonsense.
