what part do you dremel smooth out ,my rounds are hitting just below the feed ramp

1.What type of gun????
2.Dremels are OK for polishing a feed ramp
but changing the contour can
be a very bad idea.

I'd try different mags (if you hav'nt already) before I'd get the Dremel out.

Your problem is *probably* still mag related, unless, possibly the barrel extension it protruding through the upper. It should be just about flush.
Is it a .223 or a 7.62X39 AR? It's not too common in the .223 but pretty common in the X39.
