My Dad just called me and said he bought a Colt 1911 .22 He errantly sent it to a gun shop in WI (where he works), but he's a MN resident. They transferred it to one of their MN branches. Dad said the FFL in MN said he cannot transfer it to MN because it contains zinc. I have never heard of such wizardry, but whatever...I looked it up...it's a law. What are his options? Will the seller accept the gun back? |
