| I would not assemble until I had the stamp in my hands. The NFA branch has given me inaccurate information over the phone concerning Form status. But technically speaking once the Form is approved, it is registered and you are OK to assemble. But if you get questioned by an LEO and cannot produce a stamp, you'll wish you waited for the stamp |

The polls show that 90% of LEO's will not enforce unconstitutional gun laws. All the LEO's here will back that up.
