According to a police report, officers were called to the Forrest City Medical Center, September 1, 2008, about a baby that had been sexually assaulted. Forrest City police say the baby also had a skull fracture and had to be transferred to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock because of the severity of the injuries. Investigators say the father attacked the infant during a visit at her 15 year-old mother's house. Police say other people were at the home at the time of the assault. Police say Davis had no criminal record since turning 18, but could not say whether Davis had a juvy wrap-sheet. The information could not be released under Arkansas state law, said investigators. Police say the infant’s father, 18 year-old Reginald Davis, has been charged with Rape and Second-Degree Battery. The case is still under investigation and it is unknown if any other arrests will be made, said Forrest City Police. Davis is being held on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in circuit court on September 17.

Tennika Smith reporting?  Not trying to be a smart ass, but the name says everything. As for the douche bag animal arrested? They wonder if he had a rap sheet as a juvenile?  I think that is a given considering the maggot has no respect for human life. Torture is too good for this sick POS!

That is seriously shocking. I've kind of become desensitized to people raping/molesting/etc young kids, not that it isn't a big problem but after seeing it in the news and on here all the time it's just kind of like ehh. But this certainly brings the shock factor back to it, what in the fuck goes through peoples' heads? There is some serious 'wtf' going on with that guy. I'll leave out the things that should be done to him because I'm not sure there's anything that will cause enough pain and discomfort without killing him to punish him for that sick and fucking twisted act. EDIT: Ok fuck it, hang him out to dry. |
I'd prefer to precede that execution with several months of mental punishment. Solitary confinement with bright lights and loud noises 24/7. Random half hour sessions of waterboarding followed by lashings, say three or four times a day. How long could someone stay sane under that sort of treatment? |
