I've got a Pocket PC running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. I have a Compact Flash GPS receiver for this device. I'm interested in some GPS software, preferably free, but less than $50 for sure, which can emulate features of a dedicated GPS hand-held unit. Mainly, I want to be able to: 1. Throw in waypoints (Waypoint "A" is at 12345678 location) 2. Project waypoints (IE, Waypoint "B" is 630 meters from Waypoint "A" on a 218 degree heading) 3. View my current position, and 4. View distance and direction to a given waypoint. I want software which will take coords and show my position in MGRS and UTM grids (but not necessarily at the same time). Anyone know of any software which does this? |
