Plenty of studies showing higher Omega-3s in grassfed beef, so that's a real benefit. If you also get the type without hormones and a such that may be a benefit depending on how you look at it. A lot of grass fed beef is more humanly raised if you care about that. It's also a little leaner typically and a little gamier tasting which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your taste (I like it gamey). So basically one real benefit that can't be argued (Omega-3) and a few subjective things.
