So....my wife has the iron skillet out making grilled cheese for the kids. I figured with all the jalapenos we canned this summer I would try it. So just so you know....grilled cheese and jalapeno sandwiches on an iron skillet are AWESOME. Taste like stuffed jalapenos without the grease.
