My local dealer does transfers for me. I try not to ask for a transfer on any brand of firearm that he sells, as that would be under-cutting his business. I did place an order with him recently and the rifle was backordered. He offered to do a transfer if I could find another dealer who had it in stock. I kept my order through him, as I am in no hurry.

Try the transfer dealer search below:

Doesn't Shotgun News maintain a list of dealers who have agreed to do transfers such as this?  Either check the mag istelf or go online.
