Does anyone have one of these? I ran my old MP (Sandisk Sansa e280) over and was thinking about one of these. They are a bit pricey, so I wonder if there is any advantage or disadvantage to having one of these things?

I have the 8 gig model...got 1700 songs on it...Nice interface just like the I phone...built in Wifi so you can surf arfcom or view youtube vids or even download new tunes from Itunes...its cool but not in a set it to play and stick it in your pocket kinda way due to the screen...although the photo album feature is nince if you wanna show off some pics you too to anyone...you can do the pinch and stretch thing witjh our fingers to make em bigger and such...

I'd buy it again

I say get one. I'm posting from mine now. The LCD on it is great. I'd also say to get the most out of your Touch you need to jailbreak it. With it jailbroken you can add the applications from the Iphone like email, weather and Google maps plus access to a ton of other applications.

You can also customize your background wallpaper and change your icons. Check out the link below.

Jailbreaking is hacking your Touch so you can use Iphone apps on your Touch. The Touch is after all a Iphone without the phone but Apple locked out the Iphones functionality.

I'm not going to tag this to find out how to jailbreak my iPod.

I love it.  Go ahead and stick it in your pocket and play your tunes for 22+ hours.  Just be sure to turn the display off to conserve battery.  I've even posted on ARFCOM with mine.  I take it everywhere (mostly because I will not leave it in the car) and check for wi-fi constantly.  You'd be amazed where you can surf the 'Net (and ARFCOM) with that thing--better than dragging a laptop around a mall.

Oh yeah, it plays music too!
