pretty much decided on Wellco's deluxe combat w/tuffkushion soles. always liked jungle boots, never could stand the vents though.

so, this seems to be the boot i am looking for.

QUESTIONS:

1.) i know they are light, but how light?
2.) how durable are they?
3.) some of their boots say to order 1/2 size smaller, these boots included?

I have two pair of Wellco's dersert boots that I wear to work. Very comfy and they have NO vents...I've found that they fit true to size, I just wish they made them with a Gore-tex liner...they are as good as boots costing twice as much IMHO...
