| My wife got hers about a year and a half ago. She couldnt be happier with them (me too!!). Shes relatively tall at 5'10'' and has an athletic build. She said the best thing about them is that she can find clothes easier, and they fit better. I like them because theyre boobs. |

Not my thing, but it would really depend on why she wants them and what her goal is. If she's got a pair of flapjacks or is lopsided, then why not? If she's just thinking bigger is better, then not so much. Also, if she's planning on going huge, I would advise against it.
ETA: she also needs to consider the effects of pregnancy and whether she wants to breastfeed. Implants can often hamper breastfeeding, and pregnancy causes beasts to swell, which may or may not become permanent. |

If it makes her feel better about herself, why not? Just make sure she goes to the best, most reputable doctor possible.
Personally, I can't stand them, they feel so unnatural. But I know a chick who had kinda flat, pancakey tits, sad, mournful tits, like two socks filled with nickels taped to her chest sad. She had a boob job and now they're all full and high on her chest and she's reborn, happy, with a hopeful eye to the future. |
