kaseya's a cheaper buy-in than Level Platforms (LPI).

It would probably be cheaper to hire an outside company to do it instead of buying in yourselves, depending on the size of your environment.  I worked for a company that did it for a while, and unless it is installed professionally, managed well and closely monitored, you're just paying for pretty reports.

thanks for the reply krushr

this will be for a small company.   just in using the trial for kasaya and zenithinfotech.

the monitoring, remote assistance, backup solutions are pretty amazing.   non of this is costing me a cent.   this is all my bosses decision and money, im just evaluating the software and giving him my opinion

kasaya uses a vnc connection that uses no encryption..   the only negative part about it!!  im guessing they primarily use this for over LAN's not as a IT consulting company..

zenith uses  log me in IT reach(256bit encryption).   which can take control of a system completley.  OR just bring up a menu that shows the processes running, the registry, windows explorer, and the services running currently. all without interupting the user.(you can restart the printer spooler with out sitting at their computer)    how convienient is that?   customers never want to leave there comptuer so you can work on it!!!

im glad i don't have to pay for it!!!

hire someone else.  naaa this is what WE do!!

+1
kaseya and LPI are smartening up and using different transports for their remote.  I remember when LPI only used RDP through a random upper port and it sucked.
