everytime i open itunes, it opens but there is a pop up window that is blank that pops up and i cannot click out of it, and i cannot use itunes and must use the task manager to close it.
i tried running uninstall, and it just never uninstalls it. i tried deleting it from program files and even though i am the admin for my PC, it says i need permission. i downloaded the newest itunes and tried to install that and every time it says errors occurred and it could not complete. |

its integrated into vista and windows 7 and can cause problems when you delete folders in the program files directory.
link will disable it. just make sure you restart when it tells you too. then once you restart i would redownload the latest itunes. then try to uninstall itunes again. |
