Kydex is a thermal plastic. You work it with heat. You can put it in an oven and form it, or you can use a heat gun. You'll have to experiment to find the right oven temp and how long to leave it in. When using a heat gun you have to be careful not to over-heat and melt the plastic in spots. Best advice is to buy some sheets and play with it until you learn how to work it. |
