if some one was to take a single shot shotgun and cut the stock off to just behind the grip and then cut the barrel down in length would the result be legal ? is it considered and SBR even tho it no longer has a rifle stock ? just wondering...and before anyone says it .. NO i have NOT done this and have no plans to do this im just asking per a discussion i had earlier today with a friend.
