awhile back i found some thread about rifle/gun cases, people cutting their own foam and making custom cases. i cant find this thread if someone can post the link that would be great

http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=4&t=292695 i used a 12 volt transformer from radio shack on a dimmer switch. you need to use nichrome wire. everything else burns through too fast. also used a rigid arm with a spring on the end. gives it more consistent tension.
