This is what I had for lunch today with my leftovers from my smoked beef roast thread. This is a little less gourmet but was quite delicious.
The beef is a hickory smoked and sliced rump roast. It was medium rare but reheating caused it to go a little more done than I intended. There are cheesy crispy tater tots with a healthy drizzle of ketchup and a manhattan to wash it all down. The meal is protected by a spyderco endura wave and a walther p99 with a reload of ra9t in nickel plated mags in case I need to shower and eat cookies at the same time. |

Ketchup has its place. Fresh, the meat was served hot and sliced with a baked potato
After several days in the fridge and being cooked somewhat more done and dry than I'd like on reheating it was simply delicious with the smoky hickory peppery tasty and the tangy sweetness of ketchup. Haute cuisine can be wonderful but embrace the moon pies and corn dogs some times guys. Fine dining can be great and so can truck stop food. Find whats good and eat it. I assure you this was good. |

+2 for tots. I love tots. +2 for drinking at lunch. -1 for no vegies -1 for no long gun 7/10 What the hell are you eating on? Looks like the thing I had to eat on when I was in the hospital. If so you could get extra points for having a firearm and booze in the hospital |
