It works...  Getting married Saturday.  And yes, she did the hidden email address in the profile thing.  I decoded her email address and the rest is history.

Met a girl back in March on Match.com.

Her family is from the same town as my father was born in Italy.

She loves guns and shooting them.

She likes to travel.

Shes an attorney that makes $160K+ a year.

All in all, You can say that I made out pretty good on Match.com

I used that site for years.   Very good experiences.  You'll need to learn some tricks but it's worth the $.

Been there.. done that. Dont waste your money. If u are interested in the nonsense that online dating entails there are plenty of FREE sites. Unfortunately im a jackass and im about 180 bucks short for it (well i did get 1 one night stand out of it. First and foremost if you are a male seeking a female like me. Youre screwed... unless you have a photo posted that looks like leonardo dicaprio or bradd pitt. Women (even the ugly ones) get hundreds of "hits" a month so unless u look really hot or are a decent writer that can grab their attention among the hundreds of "whats up" she receives a day dont bother. Some of these girls online think their shit does not stink and some are basketcases. There are some legitamately nice girls that are ok . Just keep in mind that after the first date with her your going to drop her off home and unless u get lucky and really hit it off, shes going back to her PC to get some more "attention" and ego boosts form her site. Save the 30 bucks a month that match charges for a date with a girl form your neighborhood.

When I was single I got several dates from Match.com.  Most of the chicks were a little "off" in the head.  But I still "hit it!"

Tried it when I first got here to TX. No ever responded to my ad and when I would respond to ads, nothing back. Par for the course with how women is towards me here in TX. Needless to say it did not work out for me and cancelling it was a bitch. Got billed 2 extra months after I cancelled.

But that's just my experience. My best friend in CA. Met his wife on that site(that's what gave me the idea to try it when I got here in TX). He is a fat Italian guy, not bald though . She is actually a great woman. Pretty hot looking blonde. Own her own business and home. Late 20's and never married, no kids. No hang ups and was not a stalker. They've been married I think 8yrs now. From what she told me, she went on there cause she was to busy to go out and meet anyone.
