If it is like everything else Magpul sells, a few will be sold then the remaining 50000 sets will be backordered for the next 18 months.  Magpul is famous for "releasing" new products when they can't even catch up on their existing orders.

Well, not to denigrate what I haven't touched, but I was wondering about how well a plastic BUIS would hold up, how well adjustments would track, how much slop would develop over time.

not my cup of tea, but I'm curious to hear a report after sustained use/abuse.

i fondled some at the gun shop today on a s&w, i don't know if i like that it only has one size opening, where as on my troy buis i can flip from the big one to the small one. figure i'll try one if i can get my hands on them. if not i'll just go with a troy on my new build.  i'd go with the larue but it doesn't flip down outa the way.  too many options...
