need to print out some mailing labels.
I know that you can go to tools label mailing and print out labels.
I need to print out mulitiple different address is there a way to do this with out doing it one at a time?

I am using a laser printer, after sending the sheet thru a couple of times the label start to turn black.
so i would like to enter all the address and print it out once.

Create a DB table in access or a spreadsheet in excel. Make one field for each line. Then mail merge that file.

Here's a tutorila that uses Excel. I like Access better.

you're going to need to use Excel and Word.....
