[ARCHIVED THREAD] - more PC help needed

I moved a pic into ''my documents'' and i am trying to get it into ''my pictures'' using click and drag. For some reason it will not work tonight.

Is it making shortcuts to it? I never click and drag anything, I just copy/paste to avoid winblows idiosyncracies.

I just rebooted and now it works.
