Suzuki bandit 600, 1996
The high and low beams are reversed, as in the high beam is on when the switch says low. Normally I would think the wires were reversed.. but it was working fine a couple weeks ago. Also, the "low" (actually high because of reversal) beam is intermittent.. it shuts of and turns on randomly. The light is a sealed beam and I can see if there are two filaments in there or not. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? Thanks for any help |

Install a relay and some better wire. It's easy, and you will be amazed at how much better they work on their own relay. It's really easy to do. Look it up on the net for instructions.
