filling out some background check paper work and it asks the age old question of "what is your greatest weakness?" and "If you could improve your life in any way what would it be?" I hate these questions...any good suggestions to answer them? |

Everybody has some sort of weakness. What they are evaluating is if you have numerous weaknesses by you admitting to them on paper. Remember don't portray yourself to be weak! Though, don't say you don't have any weakness(es) because nobody is perfect! Admitting to one or two is sufficient. That's my opinion though. "If you could improve your life...", I think they are evaluating to see if you regret any aspect on how you lived your life or if you second guessed your life. Personally, if you are happy with what you have and accomplished then a person doesn't need to do anything to improve their life because they don't regret their decisions. If you do regret or second guess, this tells them you may have problems with decision-making. I have sat on oral broads and these are the questions that are asked. Others are welcome to critique my opinions. Anyway, good luck!! |
Honest answers are a start. Everyone's different, but they want honest answers as they pertain to you. |
