Oregon has very friendly gun laws, CCW is very easy and doesn't even require shooting, just a class. Hell even a local blind guy was issued a CCW! I'd stay clear of washigton state if you want to own NFA stuff.

West Coast = Oregon for gun freindly. Just stay away from Portland, some SERIOUS envirowackos there
